This policy explains what information Ortomize (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, how it’s used, and the choices available to you. Ortomize is based at No. 1, Lanre Awolokun Street, Gbagada Estate, Lagos, Nigeria.

Information we collect

Booking and enrolment forms on this website collect your name, email address, and phone number, and — depending on which form you use — company name, team size, current use of AI, role or status, and the free-text description of what you’re looking for. Booking a session also records the time slot you selected.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, the first name you give (if any), and the page you signed up on, and use them only to send you new blog posts and occasional news about our training. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.

Enrolling in a paid cohort additionally involves payment processing: our payment provider, Paystack, collects and processes your card or bank details directly — we never see or store full card numbers. We do store the resulting transaction reference, amount, currency, and payment channel (e.g. card, bank transfer, USSD) against your enrolment record.

Third-party services we use

We rely on the following providers to run this website and deliver what you’ve booked or purchased. Each processes only the information needed for its function, and some are located outside Nigeria, which means your information may be transferred and processed internationally.

• Paystack — processes cohort payments and stores your payment method details on our behalf; we never receive your full card number.
• Supabase — hosts the database that stores your booking, enrolment and newsletter records.
• Resend — sends booking and enrolment confirmation emails, and newsletter emails.
• Google Calendar — used to check availability and create calendar invites for booked sessions.
• Telegram — sends our team an internal notification when a session is booked.
• Google — Analytics and Tag Manager measure how this website is used, if you accept analytics cookies. See the section below.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit this website, which pages they read, and which links brought them here. It also records when a session is booked, when a cohort checkout is started, and when a payment completes, so we can tell which of our own campaigns are working.

Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them. Until you choose, and if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored on your device and your visit is counted without any identifier that persists between visits. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google, and we do not use this data to build advertising profiles or show you personalised ads.

To change your mind, clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the choice will be offered again on your next visit.

Data retention & your rights

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Payment and enrolment records are typically kept for the period required by applicable tax and financial record-keeping obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal and contractual requirements, by contacting us at the email below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
